I hope it was me though, I love to read success stories. Especially now that I am not getting any results from last month. Although I still try to hit the gym 3x a week, my dieting plan is down the drain.

• Exercise is addictive once you start doing it routinely.

• Be creative in your food planning.
If she can do it, I can too! And I just need to lose 10kg or 22 pounds compared to her 130 pounds!
