I am never a morning person, I'm like a zombie especially before coffee. I also am not fond of eating breakfast, I usually just have coffee and more coffee.
We all know or we ought to know that breakfast is important to kick start the day and boost your metabolism.
Found this video and the porridge recipe is so easy! I thought porridge is all about rice, I guess I'm so wrong.
Ingredients:
Apple
Almonds (raw soaked overnight)
Ginger (finely diced)
Figs or Dates
Lemon Juice
Flax Seeds (ground)
