It's been a month?!...

It's been a month?

It's been a month!

It's been a month...

I have 3 emotions for my month-long gym experience.

First, a disbelief because I have actually kept my schedule of 3 to 4x a week work out sessions. I easily get bored and downright lazy so for me to religously do it is something new.

Second, a celebratory mood, yey I've done something to be proud of. I've lost a few pounds and felt my clothes loosen a bit (or is it just my imagination?)

Third, a doubt, am I doing the right thing? is it worth it (my time, energy and membership dues)?

Now, I still intend to continue my newly found pastime (no choice since I signed up for a year) and wait for more visible results.

  1. Congrats you made it this far! Gym sessions can be pretty addicting. I used to feel so bad whenever I miss even just one session. Would love to get back someday when we're not on the road anymore.

  5. Just keep going...in no time...you will see results. I've tried hitting the gym for few months and I saw results but now I;m back to my old lazy self again so I'm growing my stomach again.

  7. There is no such thing as permanent. Everything changes. Your fitness program, I believe, is subject to change, depending on the outcome of your routine activities. Go ahead if you think it is good. You're in the best position to do it as long as it greatly benefits you.

Just a bit of word from RandomThoughts!
