Healthy Eat

I’ve started with this healthy eating lifestyle last year. I failed, started, failed and will start again. But as long as you already have the idea or background, even if were tempted and succumbed you know that it’s wrong. Knowing is half the battle and the half is sticking to it.

I am aware of my tendencies to fail and I mostly blame it to the lack of preparation. I don’t have the luxury of time to prepare healthy delicious foods. All I can do is toss some vegetables together to make a salad or soup. Eating the same thing again and again is boring and will become burdensome. So when I got bored with salad or soup, I have the reason to just eat whatever I want or available.

That’s where Emeals come to the picture. I never imagined that preparing all these healthy foods is that easy and quick. The first step is to pick a plan suitable to your preference or diet like vegetarian, gluten-free, low carb, low fat even simple gourmet. When you have chosen the type of plan, you will be asked for the number of servings or portions whether for personal of family meals. Then a weekly plan will be provided to include dinner meals and side dishes, shopping guide and even the store to maximize your savings. There’s an option too for breakfast and lunch at additional fee of course. But come to think of all the hassle you have to go through planning all these by yourself is more than you paid for.
